Stephens Compliant with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

Beginning April 22, 2010 federal law requires contractors that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. As of this date, Stephens Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has filed the appropriate registration with the EPA and has completed the appropriate training courses accredited by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency per 40CFR745.225.
